Scarlett grew up with experience in rentals and flipping homes long before she was an agent, which helps Scarlett understand the complexity real estate brings for her clients. Born in sunny California before moving to West Vancouver’s British Properties, she has experience in buying and selling her own properties throughout Canada, and has lived in the Okanagan since 2004, calling it home.

Equipped with her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta in Sociology and Political Science, along with an array of additional diplomas in Criminology, Accounting, and Editing, Scarlett continues her education to provide enhanced services for her clients. In addition to her vast schooling she has various work experience in civil and immigration law firms, US politics in Washington, DC, funds development in the Art Gallery of Alberta, marketing in a prestigious DC real estate company, and rental management. Scarlett combines her previous experiences to provide well-rounded choices for all her clients each step of the way.

As well as receiving the RE/MAX’s 100% Club Award and Platinum Club Award. Plus, Scarlett was the Top 3 Agent at RE/MAX Orchard Country in 2019 and the Top 2 at RE/MAX Orchard Country in 2020. She was voted in the Top 2 Best of the South Okanagan Favourite Realtor in 2020. Scarlett was also one of Top Agent Magazine’s Featured Top Agents in the December 2020 edition.
